Perfect. 

Now I can build Harbour with only -DHB_FM_STATISTICS_OFF flag and all
other sources with hbvmint.h whereever hbvmopt.h was used, without problems.
It has much earier for end user to build executable.

Now I can switch to MT and ST mode just by linking
hbvmmt.lib + cw32mt.lib  MT
hbvm.lib + cw32.lib  ST
