make_rpm.sh checks what what devel packages (headers usualy) do you
have on
your system and then builds what it can. Maybe we should define a
list of
reqired libraries and throw an error if not present.
If have libcurl on this system, but detection
seems to be missing in this case (I didn't check
but there may others as well). It works
the opposite way now by default: if a dependency
is detected, the contrib will be built. Maybe
we could throw warnings on the non-build-able
contribs, that would definitely help for builders.
