configure MSVS 2008 to make that. There are

set HB_CC_NAME=vcce
set HB=C:\your_harbour_windows_binaries\harbour.exe
set HBPP=C:\your_harbour_windows_binaries\hbpp.exe
to my compile batch without good result. It seems I don't have
nmake.exe and the build process requires it.
I'm afraid I cannot help more than the above.
nmake.exe seems to be needed for this process,
this didn't change compared to 1.0.0.
