on the right, on top it says it is a free download, but you'll have
to register, upon which an email will be sent with a valid license
for +-32000 days - no kidding ;-)
you'll have to gather the required files from that install, just
enough for compiling, just like the 5.5.1 version - then you can
uninstall Turbo C++ and keep the selection of those files for using
it as a 5.8.2 version
(at least that is how i proceeded) - unless i missed sth
