Of course, these are simply my priorities.

I'm moving my desktop apps to an rpc/xml/web interface but I've found
that without MT, web remote apps become quite complicated if not
impossible to create.

Also I'm heavily using dynamic functions using hrbs that are wonderful
replacement of php scripts but here hrb libs are almost necessary to
avoid duplication of code.

Clearly you and the other core developers are free to set the
priorities and the road map.
