Hi Przemek,

I'm sorry but I'm also a little bit confused and I think definitively there's something wrong / strange when I try to use a *password* zip file created by hbmzip with an external application (WinZip).

My test.zip has about 500 files (dbf, cdx, fpt ...) and they're zipped / unzipped with hbmzip with no problem.

When I try to unzip them with WinZip then it shows "password incorrect" for most of them. Finally I only get about 180 files ...

Of course, zip files with no password work well.

Best regards
Juan

Hi Viktor,

Now, I was suspecting that an older hbmzip.lib is picked
up, but I did some test to ensure this is not the case,
besides renaming my production harbour binary dir
(but it's not in the path anyway).

I tired to extract hello.zip you attached but I cannot even using
myunzip.prg and --pass abc. What password did you used?
Can you tried to extract files created by myzip.prg using myunzip.prg?
It looks that current myzp works also for Juan and WinZIP so I'm
a little bit confused with your results.

best regards,
Przemek
