WildMatch() is already implemented as a function in xhb.lib.

BTW, there are a lot of other compatibility functions (h*(),
inet*(), hb_checksum(), hb_deserialnext()) implemented as
such instead of simple #defines, xhb users would have to
decide which is the better for them.
Many of them are also in hbcompat.ch. I think there's nothing wrong in
including it in both places ...
[ as opposed to #defines, functions work also in macros,
but they need linkage of xhb.lib ]
