* harbour/source/rtl/gtwvt/gtwvt.h
* added some definitions which seems to be missing in some MSVC-WinCE
versions
* harbour/source/rtl/gtwvt/gtwvt.c
* cleaned SetWindowLongPtr()/SetWindowLong() usage so now all calls
are protected by the same #if condition

By the way... I want to build WinCe libs using mingw. I know you've sent an
email explaining how to do that but, unfortunately I am not able to find
that. Can you tell me when did you sent this email for a more accurate
search? Or maybe you can re-send this email (if you still got it).
