MediaWiki needs MySQL and PHP on the server side.
I agree with the wiki approach.
Let me look into installing it on the server. We do have both
requirements but
I'll have to check to see if we have a high enough version. We are not
running PHP5, which is required a lot now. To get that, I'll have to
do an
O/S upgrade.

MediaWiki could serve as a good platform for the
full homepage, too IMO. A "native" one might
be more professional as a homepage, but until someone
wants to invest in such, anything is better than
the current state.
As for the docs I agree with Mindaugas that the
Harbour docs should ideally be in the SVN, but
until we agree on the format, at least anyone
interested (even without SVN R/W access) can start
to work on the content. Later on this content
can be extracted from MediaWiki in plaintext-ish,
format.
