notepad2 uses scintilla. Such a simple text editor could be created as a simple contrib (HBEDIT) using MEMOEDIT(). Or we have a program named PE in /samples/pe/. (I plan to move this inside contrib later) A scintilla API for Harbour (in contrib) might be great, if scintilla is user interface independent. Another place where this may be good is to develop a visual interface for Harbour, but that should be IMO done as a separate project.
