Hi Randy,

I'm not sure if it would be possible (ie. because the app is in an unstable state), but could it generate a runtime error instead of a pop-up message?

I think, for our own good to avoid any further
data corruption or the like, it's better to leave
the app as soon as possible. Running any code at
this stage seem risky, and even more so is running
user .prg code.

Actually, I'm not even sure that the current
practice is right, so that we're passing
execution to the default handler, which - after
displaying the dialog -, seems to continue
running of the app.

Currently, most of the time I see popping up
the Harbour MessageBox, than the Windows default
dialog several time, before the app exist. It
would be good to fix this somehow.

Brgds,
Viktor
