5) the packagers will use the zip/tgz to create the binaries when they'll have time and the binaries will be uploaded when and if they'll be ready
Although I declared that I could prepare binary builds for MSVC not so long ago, things have changed significanly lately. Due to serious healthy problems I've had recently, I won't be able to participate in Harbour project for the next few weeks (at least). I am really sorry I cannot fullfill my promises.
