Just remove "#include "hbsetup.ch" from your app's program
and header files.

Simply don't include hbsetup.ch at all. It's no longer necessary,
the content is automatically #defined by PP.
Then where is it defined? I see it in HBSTDGEN.CH and in HBSETUP.H -

Yes, it's solved through hbstdgen.ch.
I still do not understand - What I am supposed to do to fix this?
