I'd propose to revert and discuss your change
and implement it after the release. Only fixes
are permitted since last week in the repository.
Just my personal opinion but such deep changes to the build system
right before RC1 is not a good idea. What about hb-func.sh? What about
rpms, debs? What about user's makefiles?
I suggest to revert to a stable point
( for me is 2008-01-25 10:08 UTC+0100 Viktor Szakats (harbour.01
syenar.hu ) and plan more carefully the meaning of a change like that.
I am curious what my changes have to do with
hb-func.sh, rpms and debs ? Could you explain
a little bit more ?
