According to source/rdd/hbsix/sxtable.c, both SX_DBFENCRYPT()
and SX_DBFDECRYPT() get one paramter which is used as the password
later in source/rdd/dbf1.c hb_TableCrypt()

I don't have SIX3 docs so I don't know what it suppose to do.
