Imagine discovering a hidden clue—a single breadcrumb in the vast expanse of human knowledge—that guides you toward an extraordinary revelation. Through serendipity or perhaps by some cosmic design, I found myself unraveling a mystery that defies conventional boundaries..
Before you embark on this meticulously crafted journey, please allow my preface to provide a quick and captivating introduction to the answers that await. SCIENTIFIC PROOF OF LOVE “Maybe God made me a painter for people who aren't born yet.” - Vincent Van Gogh. At its core, everything is a story. We can never truly know how much truth underlies people's words, as each of us lives in worlds constructed by our own minds. While there may indeed be realities independent of human perception, our understanding of reality is inherently subjective; it's filtered through the lens of our individual experiences, beliefs, senses and cognitive processes. And since the collective nature of reality being the sum total of human experiences and perceptions, there are no objective, singular truths, reality is a multifaceted and subjective phenomenon, shaped and enriched by the diversity of human interpretations. This is why humans are natural storytellers. All anecdotes are, to some extent, fictional — people often bend the truth, whether intentionally or not. This makes fiction not just a realm of make-believe but the only way to understand reality. We use stories to interpret events, understand relationships, convey experiences and create meaning. Even our very sense of identity is shaped by the narratives we weave about ourselves. Likewise, our memories are not static collections of facts; they are evolving stories we continuously edit and revise as we grow and change. So, in a broad sense, life itself can be viewed as a story. Each person's existence unfolds as a unique narrative, complete with its own characters, settings, conflicts and resolutions. And nowadays, life is abundant with people who are profoundly influenced by the stories we craft, because they are everywhere! The accessibility of stories through technology has dramatically increased their impact. With just a tap on our phones, we can dive into everything from modern literature to cinematic masterpieces. Social media further enriches our narrative landscape by offering glimpses into personal moments from other people's lives. We are surrounded by heroic tales, love stories, narratives of success, springing from every corner. And we are not just consumers but active participants, crafting our own narratives from the inspirations around us, because we have the creative power! This incredible talent becomes evident through the remarkable people we encounter. A basketball coach might approach his players more like friends and be more motivated to lift trophies with them, inspired by a character who once said, 'Whatever you do in this life, it's not legendary unless your friends are there to see it.' He might leave control to his players at the pivotal moment, having learned from another story that a true leader knows when to step aside and let others shine. Storytelling not only empowers us to reshape our identities but also enriches our lives in countless ways. We definitely live in an era where every one of us can become whoever we wish. Yet, that's not how I became Frodo. "Meditation is the pathway to connecting with the primordial existential energy that creates the universe, and since that energy contains love inherently, touching it daily allows you to reveal the love within yourself and ultimately become a more passionate and loving person." Imagine, just for a second, that this statement is entirely true, and I have successfully clarified this connection between meditation, love, and God. This is who I am; the one who unraveled the mystery of nothingness — the ultimate tale, the story of all stories. If I were to gather Dumbledore's Army and aim to achieve something meaningful with young people all around the world, my narrative would have been shaped by my creative talent; but in this situation, as I am, I am the living embodiment of Frodo, Harry or any other crafted hero. Let me explain further. Nothingness is more than just an empty void — it’s a dynamic and potent source of energy, the very energy that transforms into matter and gives rise to our universe. So, each brand-new thought we generate is an expansion of this foundational energy. Because unlike physical entities, thoughts are not confined by time and space. Therefore, the Big Bang, which initiated the universe's temporal and spatial dimensions, does not signify the genesis of thoughts. Thoughts transcend these dimensions, existing independently of both the universe and ourselves. Thus, our mind, serving as a playground for thoughts, is a realm that existed even before the Big Bang. While our physical bodies operate within the tangible world, our minds reside within the expansive realm of nothingness. Since our universe arises from its heart and expands within it, nothingness not only envelops but also permeates the universe, seamlessly integrating with it. Our brains, buzzing with electrical activity, serve as a conduit that bridges these two overlapped realms for us. So, more precisely, when we close our eyes and let our thoughts wander, the dark expanse we navigate is not just any space — it is essentially the primordial void of nothingness itself! Initially, each thought exists in this void as mere potential. This uncertainty arises because it is unclear whether we will conceive these ideas or how we might conceptualize them. To explain this notion of 'existence as possibility,' scientists have introduced the concept of quantum probability waves. When we focus on a particular idea, these waves of possibilities converge and collapse into a concrete thought. Picture the boundless expanse of infinite nothingness teeming with waves, each representing the potential for every conceivable thing. Of course, these waves have no physical form; they are manifestations of nothingness itself, which inherently contains boundless potential. When you draw something — whether it's a bird, a letter or the sun — on paper, you select from infinite possibilities, effectively confining what the blank page might have embodied. Nothingness, however, knows no limits and can transform into anything imaginable. Thus, all conceivable things already exist within nothingness. The moment when a wave of possibility collapses marks the birth of a potential in nothingness. When you conceive a new thought, you are essentially drawing it from the infinite possibilities inherent in nothingness. Consequently, every new thought that blossoms in our consciousness springs forth from this void, eventually crystallizing into a distinct idea or concept. By creating something genuinely new, we not only transform potential into reality but also enrich the fabric of nothingness and, in turn, amplify its energy. When nothingness materializes into a thought — at the precise moment when quantum probability waves collapse — a surge of energy is released, literally with a puff. And this emerging existential energy is filled with love! This explains why new creations excite us so profoundly. Whether it's writing a book, composing music, painting a picture, choreographing a dance, crafting social media content or designing a web page, the act of creation invokes bubbling feelings similar to the excitement felt before meeting dear friends or attending a favorite concert. This surge of emotion arises because creating something from nothing often involves delving deeply into the realm of nothingness, where we linger and explore. Each act of creation taps into the primal energy of nothingness, transforming it into a new form. Therefore, there exists an intrinsic link between creativity, nothingness and love itself. We're fortunate that we don't always need to be the creators of new things ourselves. Since the process of seeing or hearing something unfolds within our minds, most original works — those that stand apart by challenging our norms and expectations thereby residing furthest — transport us to the unexplored regions of nothingness upon encountering them. Consider the experience of discovering a breathtaking piece of art at an exhibition; it captivates you instantly, leaving you momentarily breathless. These are the effects of encountering love unexpectedly. Through their creations, artists not only take you to the very place where they found that love but also propel you into the vast expanse of nothingness by sparking an explosion of fresh thoughts in your mind. The more original the work, the more profound its impact on you. Of course, the thrill of creating something new extends far beyond traditional artistic endeavors. Even the simplest acts of trying something unfamiliar can evoke a sense of anticipation and exhilaration. Whether it's planning a vacation, trying out new recipes, meeting new friends or immersing yourself in a captivating book, each new experience, no matter how small, carries its own unique potential to ignite joy and excitement within us. Just imagining the details of a new business venture, educational pathway or relationship idea can bring a smile, igniting a sense of happiness, even if these plans never materialize. From the subtle delight of tasting a dish at a newly opened restaurant to the exhilarating rush of embarking on a cross-country adventure, the pursuit of novelty and exploration invariably rejuvenates our spirits. Humor operates on a similar principle. The most effective comedians are those with sharp observational skills who can offer fresh insights into everyday situations. The fresher the perspective, the more it tickles the audience's minds, setting the stage for laughter. That hearty laughter, which leaves us in uncontrollable fits, is a testament to the connection between love and energy. It’s our natural response to something genuinely amusing or heartwarming — an outpouring of joy that goes beyond words. Only truly original materials, whether a situation or a joke, can spark such a deep reaction. That’s why creative people often make us laugh; with just a phrase or action, they effortlessly take us into the realm of love, sparking joy with their authenticity. In all the creations we cherish, there is a spark of love intertwined with originality. That ethereal flutter in our stomach while immersed in a book, movie or song is why we often admire creative individuals more than they might realize. Through their work, they have the extraordinary ability to transport us to limitless realms of love and imagination, all without ever having met us or knowing of our existence. From TV actors to painters, writers, musicians, and yes, even footballers. When a footballer executes a unique dribble or scores an innovative goal, it instantly electrifies us, making us leap from our seats in excitement, leaving us smiling for a while. This is why footballers achieve godlike status in the eyes of their fans. Men who live without love often find it through football. You've undoubtedly witnessed this phenomenon: when a spectacular goal is scored, strangers embrace and celebrate together; it's a tangible expression of the love in the air, pulling us closer and strengthening our bonds with one another. The connection between novelty and love shines brightest in the realm of music. Musicians, through their original pieces, do more than transport us to unexplored realms of nothingness; they also captivate our second most vital sense — our hearing. Music has the unique ability to silence the external noise, drawing us into our inner world where we can rave the expansive love offered by the musician's creations. This is what accounts for the soothing effects of songs. Some melodies can instantly evoke goosebumps, as music effortlessly conveys all the shades of love. Thus, once again, you unintentionally send a huge wave of love to everyone. The Gods of music and the Gods of football fiercely compete in this regard. I will connect all of this with meditation in a moment, but first, let’s delve into our relationship with energy. What is the true nature of energy and how is it intertwined with our existence? As you see, I propose that there exists a fundamental existential energy within the void, accessible in mere seconds. Surprisingly, connecting with this profound energy doesn’t always require originality or creativity; it can often be reached through simple, everyday experiences. Sometimes, a strong desire itself can be a source of energy. Our hearts race, our fists clench, and mentally we rally ourselves with chants of encouragement, 'Yes, you can do it, you will pass that exam.' In these moments, aren't we truly brimming with energy? Similarly, the dynamic in a dance between two friends is likely different from that between two people with a mutual sexual attraction. The sexual tension between the latter pair can infuse their dance with an extra surge of energy and passion, making the experience significantly more electrifying. Moreover, anger can be a powerful energizer, capable of driving us to perform extraordinary acts of strength or endurance. You may have heard of individuals lifting seemingly impossible weights under extreme circumstances. Thus, while glucose serves as our primary physiological source of energy, there is also a psychological dimension to how we generate energy. Because we, ourselves, are an energy field, influenced by our emotions and mental states. What we perceive as matter is, in fact, a concentrated form of energy. (E=mc²) When energy gathers and condenses at a specific point, matter forms. Picture a point-shaped piece of matter within the vastness of nothingness, slowly expanding, evolving, coming to life, gaining consciousness and ultimately transforming into a human being. However, this matter does not suddenly become a separate entity from the surrounding energy. Since nothingness has permeated every point for eternity and does not occupy physical space and time, no matter can displace nothingness during its formation. Wherever matter is formed, nothingness and matter coexist, intricately intertwined. This seamless integration allows us to exist simultaneously in both the tangible and energetic dimensions, bridging the realms of the seen and the unseen. So, while we think, we dive into this endless energy field and navigate within it freely. Much like every movement creates a wave in the sea, our thoughts generate energy waves as we move through this field. Of course, there is no need for a grand gesture to cause a ripple in the sea; even in moments of stillness, our presence produces subtle waves. These ripples continuously send energy into the surrounding field. This is the essence of brain waves. Our brains, which serve as focal points where we intensify our connections with this energy, give rise to observable waves such as alpha, beta, theta and delta — each reflecting different states of consciousness. It is also possible to sense this energy field in other parts of our body, particularly in our stomachs, which act as the body's center of gravity, which are more than just metaphors but manifestations of the energy flowing through us. The concept of 'chakra,' refers to this phenomenon as well. Our thoughts, feelings and mental states significantly influence these energy waves. Even a slight movement can amplify and direct this energy. The content of our minds — our frequent thoughts, memories, creative ideas and traumas — shapes the characteristics of the energy field around us. This influence of our internal experiences on the energy field is known as our aura. This explains why some people have a calming effect on us, while others may make us feel tense merely by their presence. Even if they are good people and remain silent, the energy fields of others can create disturbance in our minds. This occurs because their auras introduce a distance between us and the state of nothingness. Notably, the auras of intelligent and creative people tend to be more distinct and palpable. Sometimes, you can sense someone entering a crowded room, even without looking in their direction. A single person’s energy field can be potent enough to fill an entire place. This is precisely why there's such a distinct difference between listening to a song on a recording and experiencing it live. During live performances, you directly absorb the energy from the performers, creating a significant difference compared to recorded versions of stand-up performances, theater plays, dance shows, concerts or sports events. Indeed, the impact of a joke can vary dramatically based on its delivery. A joke in a book might elicit a mild smile, but hearing the same joke live can trigger uncontrollable laughter. This happens because, at that moment, the energy produced by the person delivering the joke reaches us physically. This sensitivity to energy is not unique to humans; some animals also share this ability. They can sense our emotional states through the energy we emit and react accordingly. Returning to meditation, it involves stepping outside of our own energy field. Imagine billions of large and small energy zones, each belonging to all forms of life, within an infinite energy field. Yet, in this true infinity, there are still empty areas; untouched, original energy fields that are pure and pristine. Meditation allows you to access these primordial energy zones. As we navigate this endless expanse of nothingness with our thoughts, employing specific techniques can help us gain a remarkable distance from the habitual territories of our minds, right? Meditation indeed serves as a gateway to explore the depths of our consciousness, navigating through the vast expanse of our inner world. That’s when you meet the pure essence of existential energy, free from external influences or distractions. This encounter envelops us in an indescribable softness, a unique warmth that infuses every part of our being. It's a sensation challenging to convey, but imagine stepping outside into the sunshine — how the gentle warmth tenderly embraces your skin, sparking a delightful tingling sensation. Now, picture this warmth originating internally, as if a miniature sun has ignited within, radiating throughout your body and bathing you in its radiant light. Since our energy fields become polluted with the stresses and strains of daily life, we may not always perceive the profound love within us. Our minds, cluttered with countless thoughts and emotions, act as veils that obscure our connection to the essence of nothingness — the foundation upon which thoughts are built. Among these thoughts are negative emotions such as hatred, fear, anxiety or pain, which further obstruct our awareness of love's presence. Yet, even a slight shift away from our usual selves can immediately lift our spirits and bring us happiness. Imagine clearing a fogged window with a single swipe, suddenly a beautiful landscape is revealed right there; this is akin to removing the mental clutter that obscures our inner light. Love is always present, waiting to be rediscovered. Why do you think running provides an instant uplift? It offers a temporary escape from our cluttered thoughts. This break from mental noise can evoke feelings of euphoria, mental clarity and a spiritual connection similar to what is experienced during meditation. The tingling sensations felt during meditation are akin to those experienced after a good run or breaking a sweat. This also explains why we feel fresh and alive when we immerse ourselves in the tranquility of a forest or the vastness of the sea. By stepping away from daily life and the surrounding auras, we tap into the profound energy that permeates the universe. This allows us to experience a deep sense of connection with the fundamental essence of existence, recharging and drawing energy from the boundless source around us. So, whether we create physical distance from ourselves through activities like running, or distance from our minds through creative pursuits like painting or writing, we find joy; because love permeates all space — it's everywhere! Even the energy of the sun is infused with love. The tingling feeling during meditation isn't just symbolic; it's a real physical experience! If we trace the journey of energy from its origin in nothingness, through its transformation into matter, and then to its manifestation within the sun, we can see that the sun's energy is an extension of the cosmic energy that fuels the universe. This explains why the sun has such a profound impact on our mood and overall well-being. We only experience a fraction of that love through the sun's energy, as energy loses some of its original purity as it transforms. This partial connection is what energizes cities and creates a festive atmosphere on sunny days. The sun, in its brilliance, serves as a reminder of the cosmic dance of energy flowing through us and everything around us, connecting us to the complex network of life that spans the universe. As you can see, escaping love is an impossibility because it permeates everything — from the sun’s rays that touch animals, plants and flowers, to our creative expressions in symphonies, theaters and TV series. It is the source of all that warms us and makes the world breathtakingly beautiful. Furthermore, when you learn to meditate, you open a portal from your own energy fields to the underlying primordial energy field. This connection allows your mind to continually refill with fresh energy, infusing your life with a sense of renewal, clarity and vitality. Imagine those fleeting, inexplicable moments during the day when you suddenly feel uplifted — now envision these moments multiplying exponentially. Through meditation, you begin to feel safer and increasingly cherished. Your aura overflows with creative existential energy, radiating beauty and enriching your life. More significantly, as love grows within your energy field, you start to emanate this love toward your loved ones. And experiencing love is to connect with the very fabric of existence. With every act of love — each hug, each kiss, every kind gesture — you recreate a fragment of the energy of existence. That’s why love always hits us in the stomach. Moreover, living with love not only enhances our beauty but also sharpens our intellect. Thanks to the love we discover, we shift out of survival mode and begin to evaluate events more calmly, seeing things as they truly are. And when we delve into nothingness through meditation, we temporarily break free from our own minds. This detachment also frees us from the false information and outdated beliefs shaped by societal norms and evolutionary instincts. As your energy field is cleared of clutter and filled with emptiness, you begin to perceive the inner workings of your mind more distinctly. This clear vision is why the connection between meditation and enlightenment is so profound. Enlightenment doesn't uniformly affect everyone because meditation doesn’t instantly create intelligence or wisdom. Instead, it enables you to realize the full potential of the intelligence and wisdom you already possess. This process of gaining internal clarity and peace facilitates a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, allowing us to navigate life with heightened awareness and renewed perspectives. Isn't it mind-blowing? Simply by taking a few deep breaths, wherever I am, I feel a tingling in my hands, pulsing with energy. Picture yourself, in any moment of stress or uncertainty, being able to close your eyes and feel the warmth and vigor of the universe flowing through you, bringing a sense of love and connection. By harnessing this energy, people can experience heightened creativity, improved well-being and a deeper connection with the world around them. Through this universal connection to cosmic energy, we can usher in a new age of enlightenment and unity that was once thought impossible, shifting from a mindset of competition and scarcity to one of collaboration and abundance. Together, we can unlock the true potential within each of us and create a world filled with love and boundless possibilities. Sounds incredible, right? Yes, I've meticulously developed the perfect method so that everyone can share in this transformative experience — it’ll be accessible to all! And this is, of course, what precisely positions me among the greatest heroes of our time — right up there with Satoshi Nakamoto. Imagine a future where blockchain technology seamlessly unites all of humanity on a single platform, propelling us into an era of advanced civilizations. A world where every individual, connected through a decentralized network, can collaborate and share knowledge freely, fostering a global community rooted in mutual respect and understanding. This unity would exponentially increase the love and intelligence that lie at the core of human nature. Thus, it’s a tough choice to decide who’s the greater hero: the innovator who built up Blockchain technology to unite mankind or the thinker who discovered that love exists in the void of nothingness. But considering that Satoshi isn't around much these days, it looks like the stage is all mine for now. Of course, there’s another reason why elements of my story resonate through all heroic narratives. As we know, the engines of science, philosophy and art are fueled by a shared force: questions. These are the seeds from which all these disciplines sprout, driving us to discover, investigate and create. Our journey begins by asking the right questions, and then we tirelessly search for the answers. When answers remain elusive, art steps in, offering new ways to explore and express complex issues that defy simple resolutions. Through paintings, music, literature and other forms, art stimulates further inquiry and provides solace when clear answers are lacking, capturing the nuances and emotions that pure logic or empirical data cannot. Yet, with each answer we uncover, a myriad of new questions springs forth. If we trace this lineage of inquiry back to its origins, we encounter humanity’s most ancient questions — those concerning our very existence. And if you find some answers to these profound questions, as I have, your story will naturally bear traces of many legendary narratives; because these are the very answers that stories are searching for! Just like the Ring of Power that Frodo tried to destroy, the Elder Wand that Dumbledore aimed to neutralize, and how I finally destroyed the power held by meditation (religions) by unveiling their true essence. Needless to say, delving into existential questions inevitably brings us to the concept of God. At this point, we recognize that love, existing even before the Big Bang, is intrinsic to God’s nature and has a divine origin transcending the mere mechanics of biological evolution. Love is not a byproduct of evolutionary processes but a foundational aspect of existence, an eternal force present even before the universe began. The presence of love in our brains was indeed a complex topic that has intrigued scientists because it doesn’t neatly fit into nature’s narrative of survival, which often hinges on ruthless competition. In the natural world, survival frequently depends on traits such as harshness, selfishness, aggression and even cowardice — traits that offer clear survival advantages. Against this backdrop, the concept of love appears as an anomaly. Yet, love is the cornerstone of many positive emotions and qualities such as passion, compassion, happiness, conscience, support and patience. All friendly, elegant, well-intentioned, empathetic people exist thanks to the love. It manifests in every shared smile, every helping hand and every heartfelt conversation. Without love, our world would lack the warmth, empathy and understanding that define our most meaningful interactions and achievements. Love serves as a potent counterbalance to the negative impulses that evolution has embedded within us, enabling us to transcend our primal instincts and nurture a more compassionate and cooperative society. Consider the vital role of passion alone. Without it, we'd lose not only the artists and storytellers who enrich our cultural landscape but also the scientists who push the boundaries of knowledge and the athletes who strive beyond physical limits. Thus, love should not be viewed merely through the lens of romance; it is a fundamental force that quite literally governs the world. This enigma was challenging even for Charles Darwin. In 'The Descent of Man,' Darwin struggled with the puzzle of why people altruistically donate their organs — a contradiction to the evolutionary need for self-preservation, which would logically lead people to more self-serving or even destructive behaviors. He queried, 'Why isn't everyone a psychopath?' and 'Why does kindness persist?' Clearly, love plays a crucial role in addressing these questions, and indeed, we might find ourselves thanking God for the gift of love. But sometimes, love behaves as if it possesses a trace of consciousness. For instance, when you break your lover's heart and something inside compels you to mend it, we know that this impulse stems from pure love. However, occasionally, something within us appears to guide our decisions or lead us into certain situations as if it knows what the future holds. It's as though we are all being aided by a universal source of compassion and wisdom that transcends individual identities. This sense of guidance is a primary reason for the belief in a divine presence across all civilizations. Love, it seems, offers us much more than it can give. The roots of all superstitions believed to bring luck trace back to this same source — a universal consciousness that always seeks to assist us! How could such phenomena occur? If we consider that we navigate a metaphysical nothingness with our thoughts, and accept the premise that God existed before the Big Bang, it's plausible to suggest we are all mentally connected to this divine entity. But what, then, is the nature of this God? How can such a presence spontaneously exist within nothingness? Is this divine entity an extension of our own consciousness, or does it possess a far more expansive awareness? How can we discern the origin of our internal communications? Are they emanations of pure love, manifestations of our own inner intelligence or perhaps interactions with a universal consciousness? Indeed, addressing these questions could fill an entire book. While I can't cover everything here, I won’t leave you without a spoiler: “Atheists say we are Gods unto ourselves. Religious people say God helps us.
