You're totally right. We've been thinking about issuing 1.8.5 for a while now, and the pain caused by working on the latest bugs has been growing, diverting us from such a release. I'm focusing on 1.8.5 for this week now. I still don't understand some of the reported crashes (h2, cache). There's one issue that I have to fix on h2 regarding missing send timeouts (the test patch has been running for a while now). And I still need to check some of the flow control bugs reported by klzgrad some time ago now. These ones might be addressed after 1.8.5 if needed. Cheers, Willy
