Which software collection are you referring to? Fedora? CentOS? RHEL? Either way, it is something that we have discussed and are planning to do for the next release of RHSCL, but we've not had any requests for other collections. You can learn more about copr here [1] and here [2]. Basically I can take my package and build for specific releases, create a repo for the built package(s), etc. Useful for builds that aren't included in a certain release.
