Going to the haproxy manual at http://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/configuration-1.5.html and searching for "SNI" will very quickly tell you that yes, haproxy supports SNI inspection for all pass-through TLS connections: http://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/configuration-1.5.html#7.3.5-req_ssl_sni
The only remaining question is whether your mqtt or amqp clients actually set SNI. Best, Luke
