I already received requests for adding a "help" or "general support"
section for people simply seeking assistance. It would also make it
easier to reuse part of the discussions to feed the config samples.
But for this to work we also need everyone to actually notice there
are questions. Thus I was thinking about configuring it so that topics
opened on discourse are automatically forwarded here on the list. That
way everyone can choose the best way to participate.
If nobody objects, I'll see how to do this.
Last point, the Discourse team is willing to help us a lot to build
the most optimal discussion model for us, so do not hesitate to send
any feedback, suggestion or whatever that can help to improve things,
don't be shy! The "site feedback" category overthere probably is the
most suited place for this.
