Anyone have suggestions?

In an environment with approximately 1,000 databases ( .mw.db ) and around
75,000 mutations per week (mostly INSERTs), 2 to 5 records disappear each
week. These are always newly added records.

After the INSERT, the records are always immediately queried and confirmed
to be present in the database. Yet, after a few minutes, the record turns
out to be gone. (As if a ROLLBACK occurred, but we are not using
transactions.)

The database is never corrupt, and the logfile also contains no errors.

We added a `CHECKPOINT SYNC` before closing the table, but that had no
effect.

Any suggestions?
