I apologize if this is a dumb question.

Is there an additional jar that needs to be included to get mysql mode to
work?

I'm using the JDBC URL: jdbc:h2:~/test;MODE=MYSQL but it seems like the
function mappings are still missing. For example, FROM_UNIXTIME is not
defined.

I dug into the code a little bit and found org.h2.mode.FunctionsMySQL -- I
tried manually executing some of the registration code and got an error:

```
CREATE ALIAS IF NOT EXISTS FROM_UNIXTIME FOR
"org.h2.mode.FunctionsMySQL.fromUnixTime"
```

and got the following error:

```
Class "org.h2.mode.FunctionsMySQL" not found; SQL statement:
CREATE ALIAS IF NOT EXISTS FROM_UNIXTIME FOR
"org.h2.mode.FunctionsMySQL.fromUnixTime" [90086-193] 90086/90086
```
