I install and run H2 as service with default settings: 1_install_service.bat 2_start_service.bat
Web interface is working, but ODBC driver not work: port 5435 not listening. Then I stop and uninstall service: 4_stop_service.bat 5_uninstall_service.bat Web interface and ODBC driver is working.
