The best way I have found for getting a good seal at the top of the mask over the nose is tit tape; most costumers will have come across it, but if not: it’s a double sided adhesive tape specifically intended to attach clothing to human skin, and it can easily be bought online. It is removed and binned along with the filter before washing the mask for re-use.
