Hi Steven,

    Besides the fact I do not crypt anything, that file was less than 5K and 
the only kind of files that small were the old .com files if you write in 
assembly. Either the file had a standard type of code for virus installation 
upon pressing a button, or it embedded a link to one.
    It may have been a hoax, but in this day and age there always trying to 
invade your privacy, whether it be the government or just a teenager who thinks 
it is all just a joke.

    But, the United States will now do it to Rid themselves of political 
enemies. Sad, but true.

Actually, thanks Aaron, I thought someone was indeed having another go at this 
hoax; now I understand it was just an accidental response to an archived
