Buenos Dias, este es un sistema Proxmox , con una VM dentro de un host PVE que realmente es un PBS o sea Proxmox Backup Server que funcionaba perfecto en modo BIOS pero yo quise cambiarlo a booteo por UEFI por ende usando la interfaz grafica propia del host o cluster PVE simplemente en Hardware de esa VM llamada backup le ADD o creé un disco EFI que creo Proxmox lo crea de 4 MB que es suficiente seguro y ademas en el tipo de BOOT lo cambié del default original SeaBIOS a obviamente el OVMF (UEFI) y por supuesto hice el reboot al VM.
Ahora cuando hizo el reboot , me dice que los keys no estan autorized (la opcion de keys estaba seleccionada por defecto cuando hice el cambio a UEFI) y por supuesto no arrancaba y tube que entra al boot manager . En el boot manager me percaté que Secure Boot estaba ENABLED o mas bien disponible y con la X seleccionando que arrancara pla proxima vez con Secure Boot enabled. En fin , tuve que quitarle esa X y por ende ya no arranca usando Secure Boot y ya digamos "funciona" esa VM aunque realmente si funciona todo, en fin la pregunta es , en ese menu del Boot Manager la opción de RESET Keys si yo ejecuto eso me permitirá de alguna forma que pueda habilitar Secure Boot de nuevo y poder arrancar con el UEFI finalmente usando Secure Boot? Realmente no entiendo como funcionan esos keys del boot manager ni como funciona realmente a full Secure Boot y por eso la duda , y mi temor es que si le doy a RESET keys que eso provoque que yo ni pueda regresar a booter el viejo BIOS con Secure Boot habilitado. Cheers y espero alguien pueda alumbrarme y decirme si es safe o seguro hacer ese RESET Keys , via google no logro encontrar una respuesta convincente tampoco o al menos comono tengo conocimientos me confunde mas jejejeje Vean lo que dice este user hace 5 meses y realmente yo podria intentar eso me parece en este VM guest dentro de proxmox I would advise against using the "reset factory keys" option because I have no idea what effect that will have on your system. It will not wipe your drives because those settings have nothing to do with that type of operation, but it may cause other problems with your specific system / config that could render your system unbootable. As I said on my older comment, I did not have to do anything other than to switch 'Secure Boot mode' from Standard to Custom then back to Standard, save and restart. How you do this on your particular motherboard could be different.
