No hay ningún bateo solo tienes que agregar la CA al sistema. Yo la tengo
agregado al Firefox y todo perfecto https://pki.segurmatica.cu
En el apartado descarga se pueden descargar en varios formatos, además de
la CA central de Cuba. Para incorporarse a los navegador, que obviamente se
sabe porque no viene incluída.

Ya dije que no tiene ningún problema. Yo la estoy empleando. En mi
navegador está añadida. Y si la CA central es gestionada por la unidad
central de cifrado del MININT. Siéntese libre de agregarla o no, solo si
quieres validar lo certificado emitidos por esta o otras intermediarias
como segurmatica o xetid, que cuentan con CA intermedia.
