Colega hasta donde se en debian 10 no pincha solo llega hasta el 9 donde
se comendaba la linea que esta dentro de esto:
/etc/perl/sitecustomize.pl
pop @INC if $INC[-1] eq '.' and !$ENV{PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC};
#pop @INC if $INC[-1] eq '.' and !$ENV{PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC};
y ya esta
