Tio, empieza por organizar tu squid,
1- Las acls de por si no deniegan ni permiten nada, solo organizan, los
que luego deniegan o permiten realmente son los http_access.
2- trata de tener todas tus acls juntas para mejorar la lectura del
archivo de config y de igual manera junta tus http_access
Cuando declaras esas acls squid te da algun error?? Algo como bungler
configuration o algo asi??
