Me parece que tienes una instalaci'on rara o corrupta, puedes hacer un
apt-get install --reinstall ?
o apt-get remove --purge y luego volver a instalar?
Ulises no creo eso ... mira hace tiempo (en 2012) con etch hice lo
mismo q estoy haciendo ahora usando como base el tuto q está en la
wiki ... y me pasaba lo mismo

..it means that a client has asked your server to look up a domain name
that your server didn’t know about, and when it forwarded the request to
it’s forwarders, the remote DNS server *refused* to respond. A packet
trace on your DNS server shows exactly what’s happening:
