Esto a mi siempre me ha salido (Starting web server: apache2apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName) y asi me funciona.
Y que te de problemas con las webs, es decir, que te duga que descargar, es problema con php,, recomendacion, comprueba que este instalado o reinstalalo.
