SUN Microsystems SUN RAY 150, Alguien a trabajado con este cliente ligero?

Hola, sin experiencias, pero te pongo dos fragmentos de lo que dice la wiki:

Sun Ray clients are connected via an Ethernet <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet> network to the *Sun Ray Server*. Sun Ray Server Software (SRSS) is available for the Solaris Operating System <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solaris_Operating_System> and Linux <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux>. Sun developed a separate network display protocol, Appliance Link Protocol <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appliance_Link_Protocol> (ALP), for the Sun Ray system.

Sun Rays and Windows

In commercial environments, Sun Rays are most commonly deployed as a thin client to access a Windows desktop using the SRSS built-in RDP client *uttsc*. The desktop can be a Terminal Server session or a Virtual Machine (VDI) <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desktop_Virtualization>. This setup is flexible and works well in many environments because the intermediate Sun Ray Server layer is transparent to the Windows desktop. At the same time however, this transparency can also become an issue for software that is location dependent.

saludos,
dermidio.
