Hi Guix,
We're going to merge nonguix.org and guix.moe infrastructure, and integrate
guix.moe resources as part of Nonguix. The proposal has been discussed in
<https://codeberg.org/hako/guix.moe/issues/3>.
As a first step, we'll migrate the server on 2026-08-23 16:00 UTC. Check the
date for your time zone with the following command:
date --date='2026-08-23 16:00 UTC'
If you're using guix.moe services, please change the signing key after the
migration. IP addresses of nonguix.org resources will also change. No action
is required otherwise.
For this migration, nonguix.org resources will be moved to guix.moe head node.
This includes:
- Signing key and cached substitutes for substitutes.nonguix.org.
- Websites: nonguix.org, cuirass.nonguix.org, substitutes.nonguix.org.
During the migration, cached substitutes built by ci.guix.moe will be purged.
New substitutes will be published using the substitutes.nonguix.org signing key

After the migration, cuirass.nonguix.org / substitutes.nonguix.org / ci.guix.moe
will become the same service. guix.moe will be used as a backup domain name and
also used for experimental or internal services.
Following the server migration, guix.moe mirrors will be migrated as well.
There will be service interruption during the migrations and we expect to finish
each migration within an hour. If there's further issue, we'll track and pin it
on <https://codeberg.org/nonguix/maintenance>. The repository will be migrated
to Codeberg before the server migration.
