Hi, In gnu-prog-discuss (a GNU internal mailing list) I finally got an answer on the "6.2 Legally Significant Changes"[1] section in prep/maintain that explains what is legally significant and what is not.
Basically I was told that: > We drew those up assuming all code was written by people. So what is in there don't apply for LLMs at all.
