Concerning packages to be removed in the next month, they are given by
an issue with the "deprecated" tag and (usually) a target date:

(this is also something I would recommend all channel maintainers to
check, say once every two weeks - this leaves two weeks to adapt).

You can then click on the closed ones to see those that have been
removed, together with the commit that did the removal:
