Hi Guix, As discussed in https://codeberg.org/guix/guix-consensus-documents/pulls/1, I would like to change the headers for current GCDs to add more date information.
Currently, GCDs only have a date header, which is sometimes the submission date and sometimes another date. It would be good to keep track of the important dates. The following headers would be added to all GCDs: draft-date: Start of submission discussion-date: Start of discussion period deliberation-date: Start of deliberation period final-date: End of deliberation period, or date of withdrawal. This small change does not justify having its own GCD, so if anyone disagrees with the change, you can say so and I won’t do it. If no one disagrees it will be applied after one week.
