If I understand correctly, the proposal is to move from the Weblate Fedora instance [1] to the Weblate Codeberg instance [2], right? FWIW, it appears to me a good idea! And the plan LGTM. :-) Well, I do not know if it deserves a complete GCD since there is not much to discuss, because there is no real habit changes for the contributors.
