(repair #t) on my root fs in config.scm, and even that doesn't help. I think the solution is: We need to update e2fsprogs to 1.47.2. It has multiple fixes for orphans, including for filesystem corruption (!). I've thus updated e2fsprogs to 1.47.2 on guix master. Before that: sudo debugfs -R "show_super_stats" /dev/...
