Where would those texinfo sources originate from?  if they're
automatically generated from the SRFI document source, that should
probably be a guix build phase.  If they're manually created based on
the SRFI document source, I'd personally recommend either hosting them
in a git repository somewhere and adding a second source to the package
definition, or upstreaming them.  It seems impractical if those files
are only distributed as patch files in the guix repository.
