Seems like I'd have to update or write another version of
webkitgtk-with-libsoup2.
webkitgtk-for-gtk3 provides webkit2gtk-4.1, but the version is
2.46.6. You may not need to use webkitgtk-with-libsoup2 as the
base to prepare another version.
