thanks for the suggestion, which is certainly right! Indeed my profile also contains other packages that pull in python-anyio and presumably gtk+@3: mplayer, unison and yt-dlp; these cannot build. So I had assumed that updating only the other ones would work, but apparently this is not the case (there is also an unpleasant clash between the zlib in the profile and the one propagated by unison, which forced me to also not update zlib). I assume that the three "bad" packages, or even maybe only one of them (unison propagates lablgtk@3), then activate the profile hook. There does not seem anything that can be done then. Next I will check whether python-anyio builds on the python-team branch. Andreas
