We could use a new email header (say X-GNU-PR-Bug) for the grouping,
whose value would be a unique random id, generated (automatically) by
the patchset sender?

We'd have the guarantee that two different bugs won't have the same
X-GNU-PR-Bug value, and we'd be able to send the patches in a more
automated way.
