I've occassionally read about other Guix meetups on here, some of them being online events, so maybe participating in those could be your best bet for a social event if there's nothing local. Others than that I've read here[0] that this years reproducible builds summit was in Hamburg and another event in Berlin; though I'm not aware of any regular guix meetups in Germany.
