maybe we should stop prefixing devel/, and start prefixing the
releases?
Web searches for "guix manual" do not tend to show the devel
version so it can be difficult for new users to find the latest
version of the manual without knowing to include "devel", which is
not at all obvious, or unless you navigate to it from the guix web
site.
