Do we have any leads on this IceCat issue?  I use IceCat daily and never
have any problems of this sort, FWIW.

Ideally I’d like to release by the end of April.  It’d take more time if
we were to wait for the ‘core-updates’ merge; but that’s OK: there’ll be
a 1.0.1 or 1.1 release, too.  :-)

The GNOME branch may be mergeable on time, along with ‘staging’.
