There is no need to define lxqt as a shepherd service. lxqt should be started by a display manager, like SLiM or SDDM. If you include %desktop-services in your config.scm, then you have slim installed by default. Simply install lxqt and shoose lxqt from your login screen to start lxqt. Again.
