[PATCH 1/2] gnu: psyclpc: Make it reproducible. Update to a commit which makes psyclpc reproducible. No new release so far, that's why it's still a git commit.
[PATCH 2/2] gnu: Move content of (gnu packages psyc) into (gnu packages messaging). Someone said this is the more general purpose place for everything not irc. While psyc is a protocol, it's okay that it will be in messaging, just don't move it into irc.
