Oh, good to know.  In general I think it’s best to stick to upstream’s
terminology.

Julien, what would you think of changing “virtual host” with “server
blocks” and “vhost” with “server-block” (?) in the code and
documentation?

(This is not a fun suggestion to make, but hey!)
