Hi Guix, this patch set updates ipython (not to the latest version) and adds a working version of jupyter. Updating ipython was hard and the patch to update ipython is already about a year old. I wanted to get jupyter into Guix first and then upgrade ipython once more when I find some more time. Otherwise this patch set would continue to rot for another year (really, I revived a 1 year old patch set).
