Mission is fine and I agree with that (in principle).

I think we are clear we do not want binaries in the main project
unless there is no way to do it from source.

Personally I think we should be easier on ourselves which implies that
we get multiple flavours of Guix. 

Another reason to make 'guix channels' work.
